Product Description
Colourland Easy Care is an acrylic emulsion paint with a classic smooth matt finish. It is formulated for easy cleaning with anti-mould and anti-fungus properties with low odour low VOC. Ideal for both interior walls and ceilings in achieving a durable and long lasting effect with good opacity and coverage for your washable* interior paint.
* Colourland Easy Care has been shown to effectively resist various types of stains, including but not limited to fluorescent pen, black coffee, black/mild tea, tomato sauce, and chili sauce. To maintain the paint's quality and keep walls looking clean and fresh, it is recommended to wait at least 7 days after painting before cleaning walls with mild detergent. If walls are exposed to stains for an extended period, using stronger detergents or excessive cleaning can negatively impact the paint's durability.

Tips & Advice
-
1. Preparing the SurfacesRemove any loose paint or powdery residue by brushing/scraping with a stiff fiber brush under running water or a high pressure water jet. Use Fungicidal Wash to treat areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss. Make sure that your wall is dry before painting. Do not paint if the wall is saturated with dampness (Protimeter reading higher than 16%). Allow excess moisture to evaporate. Make sure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry and free from any defects, dirt, grease or wax.
