Colourland ElastoKote is an exclusive single component waterproof coating which formulated with a special high build modified polymer to form a tough, flexible, colored and protective membrane. The cured membrane coating is seamless, durable, UV-resistant and bond strongly to the exposed surfaces, concrete flat roofs and metal surfaces. It can be used as a protective roof coating, coloured coating for sports surfaces or as a trafficable coating system for light to medium traffic areas when used with suitable fibreglass reinforcement material. This product is also highly recommended for used in repairing and renovation project.

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    All surfaces to be treated must be clean, thoroughly dry and free from all defects or poorly adhering material like dirt, grease and wax. All joints (width: >2mm) shall be sealed with a suitable low modulus, high performance, paintable joint sealant before primed with 1 to 2 coats of Colourland ElastoSeal.
  • 2. After use
    Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.
