Product Description
Colourland ElastoSeal is a multi-purpose water-based high-build modified acrylic sealer suitable for use with ElastoKote membrane systems. Colourland ElastoSeal is designed as an elastic, high water permeability,
excellent alkaline & efflorescence resistance, fast drying and non-toxic waterproof sealer. The single component nature of Colourland ElastoSeal makes it easy to use and suitable for priming in new construction, repair & renovation projects and preventive maintenance works. The final cured film is tough and able to promote better adhesion to the cleaned, competent substrates or surfaces such as concrete, fibrous cement sheet, render, brick and bituminous membrane. It also suitable to apply on exposed areas like roofing, podium decks, external wall and balcony dooring sills.

1. Preparing the SurfacesClear all loose materials and debris from the surfaces to be primed and coated.Water-jet the surfaces to thoroughly remove all laitence, dust, oil, unstable substrate materials and other contamination from the surface before primer application. Remove all excess cleaning water from water- jet cleaned surfaces, allow surface to dry. Concrete surfaces - Surfaces must be clean and dry, all depressions and potential ponding areas are filled out, and a proper screed-to-fall established. Check concrete moisture levels first before coating work begins to ensure that insitu moisture is low enough.

2. CleaningClean all equipment with water immediately after use.
