Product Description

Colourland Rooflex is a water-based, mid sheen roof tile finish that is specially formulated for all weather conditions. With its fungus, algae and dirt resistant along with anti colour fading properties, this paint provides roof tiles and metal roof protection against harsh and changing weather conditions.

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Remove any loose paint or powdery residue by brushing/scraping with a stiff fiber brush under running water or a high pressure water jet. Use Fungicidal Wash to treat areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or moss. Make sure that your wall is dry before painting. Do not paint if the wall is saturated with dampness (Protimeter reading higher than 16%). Allow excess moisture to evaporate. Make sure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry and free from any defects, dirt, grease or wax.
  • 2. Cleaning
    Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.
  • 3. Storing
    Keep away from food, drinks and animal feed. Store in a cool and shaded place.
